Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Squarerex (“the Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases and payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Paystack and charged in NGN at the prevailing exchange rate. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time from your dashboard and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Digital products and license keys

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own business or personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product without explicit written permission.

5. Services

Service scopes are defined at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust timelines due to factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant changes in advance.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with Platform security.
• Create fraudulent accounts or transactions.

7. Intellectual property

All Platform content, branding, and software not covered by a product license remains the exclusive property of Squarerex.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squarerex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
